Begin Your Day On The Right Foot

I cannot stress enough the importance of starting your day on the right thought. Why? Because that very first thought would determine how the rest of your day is going to be.

Imagine waking up with a thought like "oh no…I don't have money to pay for the bills", or "my boss is going to pick on me again today"....what you are doing is sending out negative thought vibrations that in turn, attracts the same; The Law Of Vibration And Attraction is at work here, and you can be sure the negative vibrations will come storming back at you like clock work.

On the other hand, if you choose to begin your first thoughts of the day with positive and healthy once you can be sure to be filled with the same.

Now from the above example, instead of saying "oh no…I don't have money to pay for the bills", or "my boss is going to pick on me again today", you can say "how can I pay the bills, what can I do" and "I am going to have a jolly time today at work and everybody is happy and healthy".

Do it with a positive feeling as if you are actually going through that.

It's best to begin the day with a thought of gratitude, it could be something simple, for example, I always begin my day by saying; "Thank you nature for giving me another day to experience life, thank you for all the blessing you have given me and for all the blessings I am now receiving".

And by beginning the day, I mean the first thing when you open your eyes.

Most importantly express your gratitude with true feelings, not mumbling the words just for the sake of saying them, no…no...it doesn't work like that. You must feel it at every atom of your body until you get 'Goosebumps' all over. I often get tears well my eyes when I do it. Tears of joy or tears of gratitude you may say.

End your day by also expressing gratitude, gratitude to those who had shared their experiences with you that day, whether it's a good experience or bad one. Thank every one of them, because you are the cause of every effect you are getting or have gotten (The Law Of Cause And Effect) and ask yourself what have you learnt from them.

Try it, practice it and over time you'll see changes in your life, I guarantee it. What have you got to lose?
